Getting Started with PRESTIGE TF-M

Step 1: Create Your Account

Visit PRESTIGE TF-M and click "Get Started". You'll need to provide:

  • Email address
  • Secure password
  • Full name
  • Phone number for verification

Step 2: Verify Your Identity

For security, we verify your identity through:

  • Email verification (click the link sent to your inbox)
  • Phone verification (SMS code)
  • Government ID verification (for amounts over $5,000)

Step 3: Add a Payment Method

Connect your bank account or card to fund transfers:

  • Bank account (ACH transfer, 1-3 business days)
  • Debit card (instant funding)
  • Credit card (available for eligible users)

Step 4: Send Your First Transfer

You're ready! Click "Send Money", enter recipient details, amount, and review your fee. That's it!

Account Setup & Management

How do I update my profile information?

Go to Account Settings and click "Edit Profile". You can update your name, email, phone number, and other information. Some changes may require re-verification for security.

How do I change my password?

In Account Settings, find "Security" and click "Change Password". Enter your current password and create a new one. We recommend using a strong, unique password.

How do I manage my payment methods?

Go to "Payment Methods" in Settings. You can add, remove, or set a default payment method. You can have multiple payment methods linked to your account.

Can I have multiple accounts?

One personal account per email address is allowed. If you need a business account, contact our sales team at support@prestige-tfm.com.

Security Best Practices

Enable Two-Factor Authentication

Always enable 2FA for your account. Go to Settings > Security > Two-Factor Authentication and choose your preferred method (authenticator app or SMS).

Use Strong Passwords

Create a password with at least 12 characters, mixing uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols. Never share your password, and don't reuse passwords from other accounts.

Verify Recipient Details

Always double-check recipient account numbers and details before confirming a transfer. Once sent, transfers cannot be reversed.

Watch for Phishing

Never click suspicious links or download unexpected attachments. PRESTIGE TF-M will never ask for your password via email. Report suspicious emails to security@prestige-tfm.com.

Troubleshooting

My transfer failed. What should I do?

Failed transfers don't charge a fee. Check the error message in your account for the reason. Common reasons: insufficient funds, incorrect account details, or network issues. Verify your payment method and try again.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter your email and follow the reset link sent to your inbox. You'll need to verify your identity before creating a new password.

Why is my account locked?

Accounts are temporarily locked after multiple failed login attempts for security. Wait 30 minutes and try again, or use the password reset option. If you continue having issues, contact support@prestige-tfm.com.

How long does verification take?

Email and phone verification are instant. ID verification typically takes 1-2 minutes but can take up to 24 hours in some cases. You'll receive a notification once verified.

The countdown timer seems wrong. Why?

The 48-hour countdown starts when the money appears in the recipient's account, not when you send it. There may be a brief delay between sending and appearing. Refresh the page to see the latest timer.
